FRY BREAD POWER

Our stories about fry bread are deeply tied to the heritage and traditions of all the Indigenous people living here on Turtle Island. This cookbook design is deliberately set with playful bouncy display type and a warm soft desert palette and illustrated with braids of sweetgrass. It becomes an offering of lightness and joy to help overcome the complicated history of fry bread.
